RESPONSIBILITIES: Taking
and prepare Minutes and notifications of meeting;
Recording
and updating registers of attendees to Committee meeting;
Updating
Committee files and records inserting attendance registers, notification,
correspondence and minutes in accordance with established referencing sequences;
Performs
administrative activities associated with the preparation of documents and
correspondence for circulation.
POST LEVEL: 8
SALARY: R135 216.00
– 159 828.00
