JUNIOR SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PRACTITIONER

REQUIREMENTS:                                                  NQF 5 Human Resource Qualification; or equivalent qualification.

Working knowledge of skills development, administration and LGSETA,

High level of Computer Literacy;

Minimum of 6 months experience;

Must be able to speak two of the three official languages of Kouga (English, Afrikaans and Xhosa)

SALARY:                                                 R113 328.00 – R147 120.00 per annum       

DUITIES:                                                                 

• Capturing data online on the LGSETA website tool.
• Completing standardised forms and documentation reflecting details/information and descriptions in respect of skills development.
• Safe keeping of skills development documentation.
• Capturing and analysing data of skills audits.
• Maintaining and updating skills data bases.
• Liaison with stakeholders such as LGSETA, MISA and local government etc.
• Rendering administrative services in the skills development section eg. Making schedules and notifying all stakeholders.
