VACANCY

Kouga Municipality, an equal opportunity employer, which subscribes to the principles of affirmative action, awaits applications for appointment in the following vacancy

DIRECTORATE: LED LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 with a tertiary qualification preferably in the field of local economic development;

2 Years’ experience in local economic development within the Municipal environment; Valid Driver’s license;

Computer literate;

Must be able to speak two of the official languages in Kouga (Afrikaans, English, and Xhosa).

SALARY: R182 136.00 per year.

DUTIES: Assist with the achievement of local economic development objectives.
