VACANCY

DIRECTORATE INFRASTRUCTURE: SPECIAL WORKMAN: ELECTRICAL: ST FRANCIS BAY UNIT

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 10; Code EB Driver’s License; Modules 1, 2, 3 (ETC Electrical Course or equivalent); 5 Years’ experience in the municipal electrical environment; Must be able to speak two of the official languages in Kouga (Afrikaans, English, and Xhosa).

SALARY: R105 552.00 – R137 028.00 Per year

DUTIES: Performs activities/tasks associated with electrical installations, maintenance and repairs to the electrical reticulation, electrical installations, electrical connections, installation of meters and the maintenance of areas around electrical installations. Performs personnel supervisory tasks and may be required to perform stand by and overtime duties. Required to produce and submit reports on work done
