ADOPTION OF PROCESS PLAN FOR THE 2015/16 REVIEW OF THE INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP), BUDGET, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND SDBIP
The Kouga Local Municipality is once again preparing to embark on a process to develop its Integrated Development Plan (IDP), Budget, Performance Management and SDBIP for the 2015/16 financial year as required in the Municipal Systems Act No. 32 of 2000, Chapter 5, Section 28 (1) and the Municipal Finance Management Act of 56 of 2003, Chapter4, Section 21 (1)(b) and Chapter 6, Section 40. These sections require that the municipality should, within a prescribed period adopt a process, set out in writing, to guide the planning, drafting, and adoption and review of its Integrated Development Plan, Budget, Performance Management and SDBIP.
The Process Plan was adopted on 1 October 2014 and is available for inspection during office hours at all municipal offices, ward councillor’s offices, website www.kouga.gov.za and libraries from 8 October 2014.
