DRAFT REVIEWED BUDGET (2011/12) AND INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP 2011/2012)
Notice is hereby given that the Kouga Municipality has, at a Special Council meeting held on Thursday 31 March 2011 adopted the Draft Budget (2011/12) and the Integrated Development Plan (IDP 2011/12) Review in terms of Sections 16 and 17 of the Municipal Finance Management Act.
In terms of Section 4 (b) of Regulations No. 796 of 24 August 2001, as promulgated in terms of Section 120 of the Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, the Draft IDP and Budget are made available for public comment where after it will be finalised for approval.
The Draft Reviewed IDP and Budget for 2011/2012 are available for inspection during office hours from 1 April 2011 at the following points:
· Municipal libraries, offices and constituency offices (during office hours)
· Municipal website: www.kouga.gov.za
Interested parties and/or individuals are invited to submit written comments/ inputs to the Office of the Municipal Manager by Thursday, 21 April 2011 at 12:00.
The IDP Representative Forum is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, 19 April 2011 at the Humansdorp Country Club at 10:00.
