INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE VALUATION OF POST EMPLOYMENT MEDICAL CARE AND LIABILITIES IN TERMS OF IAS 19 EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
Tenders are invited from service providers who provide actuarial and advisory services to determine the value the municipality’s post employment health care liability in accordance with IAS19 Employee Benefits.
Tender documents are obtainable from the Supply Chain Office in St Croix Street, Jeffreys Bay. It can also be downloaded from the Municipal Website- http://www.kouga.gov.za/.
The tender documents will be available from 22 July 2010 during office hours.
Tenders in a sealed envelope endorsed “Tender 135/2010 Post Employment Medical Care Liability Valuation†must be placed in the Tender Box, Ground Floor, Head Office, 33 Da Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay before 12 noon on 30 July 2010, where after the tenders will be opened in public in the Council Chambers.
No late, incomplete, facsimile or email tenders will be accepted for consideration. The only or lowest tender received shall not necessarily be accepted.
Prospective bidders must register on the Kouga Municipal Supplier Database.
An original, valid Tax Clearance Certificate must accompany all bids in order to be considered.
