VACANCY

JUNIOR CLERK: SERVICES

REQUIREMENTS:                                                              

•  Relevant NQF level 5 qualification;
• 6 – 12 months relevant experience;
• Computer Literate;
• Fluent in at least 2 of the 3 official languages prevalent in the Kouga Area;
• Good Communication skills.

SALARY:                                                                                 R109 956.00 – R142 008.00

TASK:                                                                                      5

DUTIES:

• Attend to customer account queries;
• Updating customer information on billing system;
• Capturing meter readings daily;
• Handling telephonic enquiries.
