LAND DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant NQF level 6 qualification in Town & Regional Planning;
• 3 Years’ relevant experience in a Town Planning Field;
• Code B driving license;
• Computer literacy – Office applications;
• Attention to detail;
• Good reporting skills;
• Ability to work with the public;
• Must display tact and diplomacy and adherence to strict confidence;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Good Communication Skills (Written and verbal);
• Must be able to speak, read and write in at least two of the official languages in Kouga Municipality (Afrikaans, English, and Xhosa).

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:                                     Nil.     

SALARY:                                                          R289 288.19 – R375 499.29 Per Annum

TASK:                                                               11

DUTIES:

• Performs task/ activities associated with the implementation of procedures and, monitors compliance with standards and specifications with regard to Land Administration;
• Coordinates and control tasks/activities associated with controlling, performance, productivity and discipline within the functionality;
• Performs specific administrative tasks/activities associated with the updating and maintaining records/information of work in progress and completed works;
• Performs specific activities associated with communications and providing support to line functions;
• Performs specific activities associated with providing support to line functions;
• Receiving daily instructions from the Town Planner pertaining to administrative duties;
• Managing customer relationships through attending to customer queries and/or complaints, and liaising with other departments to resolve customer queries.
