VACANCY

PA: SPEAKER (Linked to the term of Office of the current Speaker)

REQUIREMENTS:                                   

• Relevant NQF level 6 qualification;
• 2 Years’ relevant experience;
• High level of confidentiality;
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in at least 2 of the 3 official languages prevalent in the Kouga Area;
• High level of proficiency in (MS Word and Excel);

SALARY:                                                           R165 060.00 – R214 236.00 (excluding Car Allowance).

TASK:   8

DUTIES:                                                

• Ensuring excellent administrative and logistical support;
• Provide time management and appointment screening services;
• Planning, organizing and facilitating appointments, meetings, events and functions;
• Ensuring administrative support to all Mayoral Committee Members;
• Ensuring excellent front desk service.

WARD ASSISTANT: WARD 3 (Linked to the term of Office of the current Ward Councillor)

REQUIREMENTS:                                           

• Grade 12;
• 6 months experience in an administrative capacity and computer literacy in Microsoft applications (MS Word and Excel);
• Good typing skills;
• Good organizing and writing skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluent in at least 2 of the 3 official languages prevalent in the Kouga Area;

SALARY:                                                           R5000.00 per month

DUTIES:                                                

• Performs task/activities associated with the provisions of office support to the Ward Councillors and undertakes general administrative functions for the office.

WARD ASSISTANT: WARD 8 (Linked to the term of Office of the current Ward Councillor)

REQUIREMENTS:                                           

• Grade 12;
• 6 months experience in an administrative capacity and computer literacy in Microsoft applications (MS Word and Excel);
• Good typing skills;
• Good organizing and writing skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluent in at least 2 of the 3 official languages prevalent in the Kouga Area;

SALARY:                                                           R5000.00 per month

DUTIES:                                                

• Performs task/activities associated with the provisions of office support to the Ward Councillors and undertakes general administrative functions for the office.
