            CARETAKER: JEFFEYS BAY: CARAVAN PARK

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant NQF level 5 qualification;
• 1 Year relevant Experience;
• Code B driving license;
• Computer Literacy: Office Applications;
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment;
• Good communication and public relations skills;
• Must display tact and diplomacy when dealing with members of the public;
• Must be able to speak, read and write in at least two of the official languages in Kouga Municipality (Afrikaans, English, and  Xhosa).

SALARY:                                               R 165 903 .00 – R215 334.75 Per Annum

TASK:                                                       7

DUTIES:

• Planning and control of specific tasks associated with the position;
• Providing instructions to the immediate subordinates on a daily basis
• Monitoring and inspecting the facilities on a daily basis;
• Conducting daily office administration;
• Booking of accommodation and monitoring bookings;
• Receiving and recording complaints and queries;
• Providing specific activities associated with communications and providing support to line functions.
• Reconciliation of income and expenses
• Need to work weekends, public holidays and after hours on a rotational basis;
